Friends of Africa’s goal is to inform, educate, and create cultural awareness about Africa. This is why we work hand in hand in creating innovative programs that are geared towards uniting all citizens, descendants and, or friends of Africa. We partner with trusted organizations and individuals to increase the visibility of Africans in the Diaspora whilst contributing to the overall development of the African community. We put together recreational and educational events, provide a platform for economic empowerment of Africans, as well as highlight African and Black excellence. Our initiatives are a way for all minorities, especially the minorities that reside in New Jersey to connect and build on their cultural ancestral pride.  

Friends of Africa, INC. is currently based in New Jersey and plans to expand worldwide. From being able to donate filled book bags to children in need to hosting workshops that help build financial literacy, Friends Of Africa is grateful to be able to use their platform for the greater good. We are building a foundation to bring more awareness to the African history and what it truly means. 

The African Giant experience is one of the many initiatives that we have implemented to provide a platform for the economic empowerment of Africans in the Diaspora. Every month, we highlight an outstanding individual in our community with their own business. We host a live on our social media platform that details who our Africa Giant is and what they do. Our AG provides our audience with details about starting their own business along with tips that have helped them.
